Rae Ann Hill

Rae Ann Hill is the Senior Partner of This Will Work. She is a native Texan and has lived in Austin, Texas for over 15 years. After graduating from Texas A&M, she worked in medical sales for over 21 years where she won numerous awards for her sales and marketing accomplishments.

She founded This Will Work Professional Home Staging to address the needs of clients needing to sell their homes in what has become an incredibly competitive real estate market.

Her passion for helping people along with great listening skills and creative ideas makes her a successful home stager.

She is married and the mother to four wonderful children, four dogs, and one hermit crab.
